Any documents relating to your pension or contribution history are helpful — statements issued by a pension authority, employment records, and correspondence you have received. If you are uncertain what to gather, simply contact us beforehand and we will provide a short guidance note tailored to your circumstances.

How long does a dispute representation typically take?

The duration depends on the administering authority and the complexity of the calculation in question. Administrative appeals in Thailand commonly proceed over a period of several months. For cross-border matters involving multiple national systems the timeline may be longer. We keep clients informed at each stage and do not allow matters to drift without explanation.

Do you assist clients who live outside Thailand?

Yes. Many of our clients are long-term expatriates or individuals who have returned to their home countries. Initial appointments can be conducted by correspondence or video call when attendance in person is not practicable. We discuss the most suitable arrangement at the outset.

Are fees fixed, or can they change during the matter?

The fees listed for each service are our standard rates for the scope described. Where a matter develops beyond that initial scope — for example, where a dispute requires preparation of papers for a further stage of review — we discuss any additional work and confirm the associated fee in writing before proceeding.
